Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. Each arrangement is unique and crafted to order, making all sales final.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace your order. To be eligible for a refund, please provide clear photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@thepreservedstem.com.au. Our team will assess the evidence and determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.
