Please choose carefully as refunds and returns are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

If an item is damaged upon collection, or receipt of goods then photo evidence will be required and contact must be made with The Preserved Stem within 48hours of receiving the item.

The Preserved Stem will assess the damaged item and process a refund or exchange if deemed eligible.

Terms of Service:

The Preserved Stem will make every effort to deliver the colour palette as selected and maintain the highest quality standards during the design and creation of each flower arrangement. Due to circumstances out of their control, if a flower, foliage or colour palette is unavailable they will substitute with an option as close as possible. Flower colours, shape and size can vary throughout the year and from year to year which falls beyond the responsibility of The Preserved Stem.

Gift cards can only be used in person or online. Gift cards must only be used by the recipient that it is intended for.

The Preserved Stem respects your privacy and we are committed to the protection of your personal information. As such, any information collected from you is treated with strict confidentiality and maintains requirements against the Privacy Act 1998 and Privacy Amendment Act 2012 where the principles are outlined for the privacy of individuals.
