• Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

• Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion if there are issues with payment or product availability.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

• Local delivery is available within a 10km radius of Mount Barker, South Australia, and must be selected at checkout.

• All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 2 business days of purchase.

• If you need an urgent order, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss options.

4. Returns and Refunds:

• No refunds are provided for change of mind or incorrect selections.

• If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.
